  • I really f***ed this one up by missing the min spend by $50. Anyone know if BoA does partial annual fee refunds on this? I got the Business card so it’s not on my credit report

  • GOD BLESS! Hopefully these means that they aren't changing the card terms then. I was about to cancel.

    • Username checks out.

They are, but not until 2023 or later. Why anyone would consider canceling before receiving new terms and the new AF is beyond me. You have the billing cycle following AF posting to cancel for a refund.

  • So another triumph from the geniuses at Bank of America IT.

Same idiots who ran the 11/05/22 "extra points for everything" bait-and-switch scam on me.

    Dishonest, incompetent morons.

  • Applied and approved when the 70k offer was posted. Received a letter in the mail today saying no card for you, the “card product that you applied for via a blogger site does not exist.” Credit inquiry will be removed from my credit.

But I’m more than welcome to apply again…

  • Applied & approved Nov 7. Acct closed by BoA 10 Nov without notification. Rep says notes say “product not available”.

  • Applied, got approved, account showed up on my bofa account then 2 days later disappeared. Call them and they told me account was closed by me? When asked to escalate call, manager told me card was a mistake since its coming in 2023. They hit my fico and when asked to fix it, they told me I will get a letter in mail. Anyone else had this experience? Want to report it to SBA or anyone have any idea what can be done?

  • Looks like they took the new page down!

    This card application is unavailable
The application you’ve requested is currently unavailable; our system may be undergoing maintenance or the offer may have expired. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    • The 62k link takes you to an application that has a place for an employee name and number at the top of the application - for an AS employee I assume. Will it work if these are left blank?

      • Terms of the app is 60K through the link, an extra 2K if you provide employee info. So leaving the AS employee info blank makes this a 60K offer instead of 62K.

      • Just applied P2 and approved, left employee name/number blank. Had planned to apply for the 70k biz card offer but missed the window, prefer rolling the dice on this offer vs the 'improved' 70k personal offer.

EDIT: I would guess the employee info fields are for some kind of flight attendant referral program for inflight apps.

          • In the past I've called Alaska Air Reservations, explained that I was applying for a card, asked the rep if they'd let me use their number, and they were happy to. They get a kickback, too.
