Our Verdict
Works out to be a 33% discount, not as good as the $40 off $80+ offer (50% off). You can actually do better by stacking discounts at Hotels.com if you have discounted gift cards but this is good for people that need extra capacity.

Mine was denied as well even though I met the requirements. What avenue do we have to complain. This was a scam by Booking.com

This was a bait and switch by booking.com. They denied my credit by saying that I didn't meet the required amount, even though I had.
What is the stay-by date for this promo? I can't seem to find it.
Actually you can just change the language to English (by pressing the little flag icon on the top of the page), and the page will display the offer in English. I think that this one has the same terms as the previous $40 off $80 offer- I could be wrong though.
