  • I got a UPS notification for a package from JP PROMO FULFILL which I think might be this. But the tracking number still shows they haven't gotten the package. I got tracking number in November but already december and still not gotten anything from Chase yet

  • P2 has had the card since inception, and it's his daily card. $32K so far this year, $36K in 2020. Spending is way down from pre-pandemic. He's gotten nothing, and his anniversary has passed, because the new, higher AF was on his latest bill.

  • Mine came with a set of $300 wireless headphones instead of the passport holder! Other items were the same. I actually love the headphones.

(I've had it since it came out, I was part of the cohort that got the leaked application before official launch. I probably put around $4k per month on it as it's my main card and I have used the portal to book things many times.)

      • Looks like the Preferred signup bonus was just reduced from 100k to 60k :( That being said, what is the process to swap from Reserve to Preferred in case we wanted to earn that 60k Preferred card bonus?

        • You need to switch the CSR to a non-Sapphire card. Then you can apply for the Preferred card.

      • In other words, you remained a member because you thought you would get random free things like this?

    • If it’s Amex, they’ll likely break into your house and take a bottle out of your own refrigerator.

  • Point of clarification: Sparkling wine. Only one (the middle bottle) is a Champagne. Another (the one of the right) is a Prosecco. Not 100% sure what the one of the left is classified as.

Very important for me to make that clarification. Very important. Everybody is happy I did so. Not unnecessary at all. lol

    • I often get resentful when people don't recognize protected destination of origin products. Prosciutto is another one. My CSR gives me the right to do that. I you look in the terms its right in there.

    • Think it's more about how long card has been open. 5+ years here.

Ironic because will be downgrading to do an MDD in a few months.

      • Unlikely. Alot of people in the comments mentioned that they have had the card since the launch and have not received anything. I have had the card since 2016 and got nothing. I put all dining and travel spend on the card. With the pandemic my use of the card is less, only about $8k or so YTD due to no travel vs $30k+ in prior years. I figure it has to be based on spend not time
