Citi offer is just SHITTY, I added offer paid and signed up new ATT fiber, no credit and offer still showed not redeemed.
DP for the current round of AT&T Fiber Citi Merchant Offer expiring 12/31/2023:
Existing AT&T Fiber customer.
Paid $55 on 10/26, still no credit as of 11/10. Based on previous DPs, the credit should have appeared long ago if this offer still worked for existing customers.
Therefore, it seems like they may finally have fixed the offer to not apply to existing customers.
I have similar experience for this $50 credit after spending $55. Paid $55 on 10/28 as existing Fiber customer, still no credit as of 12/02.
Att Fiber pre-paid $35 twice on two enrolled cards 12/11; $75 credited 12/18 for both
existing uverse customer. paid bill on 12/5; charge posted on 12/6. credit posted on 12/13. stmt closed on 12/10.
Chase offer of $100 redeemed successfully after making two separate payments of $50 for an existing AT&T internet account.
Added both $75 off $35+ AT&T Fiber offer and $100 off $60+ AT&T wireless offer.
Paid $70 for AT&T Fiber+HBO bundle on 12/3 via the website.
Fiber offer shows “redeemed” 12/8 but as of 12/9 still no credit posted.
Wireless offer remains “enrolled”.
Couple days later, the $75 credit posted backdated to 12/9.
Split $240 purchase at AT&T corporate store onto three cards on 12/19, $100 credit posted on 12/23 on all cards.
AA Co brand not eligible?
There is an offer pay 60 get 100 back for ATT wireless bill, DP showed it worked on paying ATT fiber or buying accessory from att directly.
My dp that did not trigger with a fiber payment, but the fiber offer did. Have not tried accessories

JasonJ, do you know if buying from att.com and shipping home would work? I'm also debating what accessories to buy. What accessories have worked to trigger the offer? Thanks!
DP suggested homepad/case/charger etc triggered the offer, but make sure no split charges which was a problem for online order before

How and how do you get such offers? I have 4 cards, but never see any such things under "offers & benefits" on the card page?
