Our Verdict

Common transfer bonus, but one we haven’t seen for some time:

You can view a full list of Citi transfer bonuses here. As always I don’t recommend transferring unless you have a specific redemption in mind as you never know when a devaluation will hit.

    • No , but you can transfer thank you points to other members and have that member redeem it

  • I got lucky and found two economy tickets SEA to NRT with Delta through Virgin during the last Amex bonus. 55K RT is 38.5K MR, not bad for a $1,400 cash flight.

  • Idk how to tell the website authors or anything, but my Barclay view card, converted from the uber card, has a 5x extra point offer that I was emailed today.

  • is anyone actually inding nice award availabilty besides ANA that has to be booked 12 months advance? Looking Delta or KLM/Air France first class. to europe

    • Use the award calendar trick of not inputting a departure date on a one way reward flight, and you can find some sweet spots if your dates are flexible. I'm seeing periodic dates throughout the next year with direct flights between SFO-AMS and LAX-AMS for 65/67k pts biz class. Normally the prices start high (118k) when booking far out, but the prices lower as the demand on a particular flight come into clearer focus.

    • I booked economy 5x AMS to SIN on KLM for 19.5k +120usd per person or so iirc
had to call because my account was on hold since i had just transferred the points and apparently they review after every transfer

      • @guest_1552500 economy 5x meaning? I have never redeemed any points before - while booking on Delta, how do I do that? I have 32k points - can I use that for a trip to from US to Asia? Thanks!

    • Good luck on Delta / Flying blue, haven't seen a realistic points in a long time. Seeing a lot of million point one ways lol
