Our Verdict
This week it’s really only the Australia flights that are new, although the Latin ones are a bit cheaper than before. Deals are now coming out on a weekly basis on the Wednesday/Thursday. Keep in mind the pricing often still shows after the deal expires, so last weeks deals might still be showing. In addition the travel dates aren’t really accurate a lot of the time you can get some dates either side of what the promotion actually says.

I think you confused Premium Economy with Premium Select.
I find it confusing myself, but the Australia flights seem to be in a much better class that "Economy" would indicate.
Premium select is just another name for premium economy isn't it?
I hadn't heard of it before, but I looked it up and it looks like Premium Select is more like domestic first class. I'm reading a TPG page that shows it's a 2x3x2 configuration, so there's still some middle seats, but the seats are wider. https://www.delta.com/content/www/en_US/traveling-with-us/onboard-experience/delta-premium-economy.html
