Our Verdict
Topcashback is currently offering 1.2% cash back on eBay purchases as well, there is no mention of gift cards being excluded and recently they have been tracking correctly so that will be a better option for most people. That being said, sometimes these transactions don’t track properly so some might prefer eBates as third party gift cards are specifically mentioned as working.
This is especially true if you’re taking advantage of 4x eBay bucks and purchasing a lot of gift cards, an extra 0.2% is nice but maybe not worth the risk. If you don’t already have an eBates account, please consider using my link.

BeFrugal offers 1.1% all the time for all ebay purchases including gift cards. So, here's what I have been doing.
1. First buy ebay GC from GYFT - this will net you 5X UR points + 2% CB via BeFrugal.
2. Buy Ebay GC again from PPDG or any other 3rd party GC - 1.1% via BeFrugal + 8X from ebay bucks
3. You can repeat step 2 as many times as you want - I have done it few times and each time I got 1.1% even though the entire purchase was covered by ebay GCs - Use your caution here!!
So a $100 ebay GC would result in the following:
1. 5X UR points = 500
2. 2% from GYFT = $2.00
3. 1.1% from BeFrugal for ebay GC = $1.1
4. Let's say you repeat step 2 one more time = $1.1
Result: $100 ebay GC at a 4.2% discount + 500 UR points. Not a bad deal for few minutes of your time doing the clicks.
