  • Anyone knows how soon the fund hits my external account if I initiated ACH from my Marcus account to transfer fund out in the morning of a regular business day?

    • @guest_850053 I am kind of a similar situation as yours I guess. How many days did the ACH fund transfer from Marcus take to appear in your external account?

  • Fed is cutting rates with Trump continues his demand to cut further, much further.

Every institution offers HY would cut rates, AMEX HY has gone down to 1.9. Among the big boys, it will be a matter of when, Synchrony will follow suit.

Some folks thought of once their 1% cash bonus is deposit they would take the money and run.... WHERE? I challenge those who think they can find better FDICed account with better yield, for LARGE amount, without requiring you to do a lot nonsense transactions, to post their finds here.

  • Popular Direct still offering 2.55% but with no guarantees. Monitoring that rate on a daily basis, though unless it drops precipitously this account would clearly still be considered relatively competitive. In other words, not a bad place to go to the trouble of opening an account and parking funds for now.
