  • You do not need to keep it for 24 months. No contract = no cancelation fees.

• So I have not had xfinity service in a long time but still have my old login (with email and password). When logging into my old xfinity I do see the promo plan 25/200mbps. Do I still need to sign up for this plan outside of my account? Do I have to use a different email this round to be considered a new customer for the promotion?

  • You should be able to use your current account. I'm a current customer and I can sign up as well. As long as I do it online.

• If you have service with other provider, call them (choose cancel an account for the reason for calling when prompted) and ask them to match the new Xfinity pricing. I just did and I got 200Mbps FIOS for $25 per month for indefinitely.

• Worst service ever! Talked to several different people and got several different responses and files !!

• Don’t let anything go wrong. Their fault they won’t fix it For two or three weeks leaving you with nothing no phone no TV no Internet. Been a customer for 25 years. Ready to tell him where to stick it.

• I have to add their mobile service in order to get this $25 deal in my region. So sad.

  • Are you misreading the offer? My offer show the mobile service, but it is indicating I can get the additional money off when adding mobile service.
