Our Verdict

These site-wide deals are excellent and don’t come around often. I found a Target gift card that cost just over $100 and used it on that. You can also check out things like Walmart, Amazon, and lots of other top brands.

  • Has anyone had their brand alert emails deactivated by Raise? I don't receive emails anymore for my brand alerts even though I should. I don't think they are getting blocked by my spam filter. I contacted Raise a couple times and they send a generic response that does not answer the question.

  • I used to use Raise a lot. Have stopped completely from buying/selling. There have been too many issues within the past few months and they have some of the worst and slowest customer service I've ever seen.

  • Just to throw in my 2 cents.
    I used to buy a lot of gift cards from Raise, Cardpool and so on. since we eat out a lot at chain restaurants but we stopped to buy them aince every 10th purchase will be a either an empty envelope or a gift card with no value.
    One time was so embarrasing when we used a $100 cheescake factory gift card bought on Raise and the waiter comes back and tells us im sorry but there is only $3.27 on the gift card.
    And when you contact raise you can wait a week or more for a response and they play the back a forth emails game.
    Its very nice to buy discounted gift cards when it all works out, but whenever something goes wrong its very painful. In my opinion this few dollars off is not worth the hassle, You lose more then you gain.
    I still buy discounted gift cards from a real store or when the actual store (like olive garden) has a special.
    (P.s. with cardpool you can constantly see in their app the value of your gift card and the remaining balance).

  • How come none of the sellers price their cards at 100 to take advantage of this? They could sell all they have.

  • I thought it worked for me, but it didnt.. "sorry that didnt work! please try again later" I got this message after I hit submit order.

  • Works fine on mobile app. But it has to be a single card. Multiple cards totaling 100 will not work.
    It seems all the discounted cards are not available at 100 dollar range. But still a good deal :)

  • Is their site getting too many visits beause of this sale? Even the log-in page is responding slowly or simply showing error message...
