  • So they are showing that they have $100gc, butvare also showing them as $100. Dead? Says good through 9/15

  • The Lowes GC is sold out.

I got 3, wife was also going to get 3 but missed out. We need a new gas range. Oh well, it'll cost an extra $30.

  • B of A Cash Rewards Visa also has 10% cash back at Staples. Max of $11 but you could buy one $100 Lowes card for $81.

  • Yay! Just bought 3 of the Lowes GCs. Stacked with AMEX 10% off. This will help with my new Weber grill. Basically GC and AMEX deals are the only discounts you can get since Weber doesn't let stores do sales on them.

  • Anyone know how Staples enforces the customer limit? By billing address or same CC? Wondering if wife can use her Staples account but one of my cards.

  • Thanks for the idea, yet about the mentioned retailmenot stack of $7 for $140+ purchase.... that promo only works with in store purchases. (and these gc's are available on-line only) Yet I do see a separate retailmenot promo for $10 off on-line Staples purchases $150+. (like the app promo, it too comes with the exclusion of gc purchases.)

  • Thanks!
By “do once” with Amex, you mean only on one card? Or that it has to be in one transaction?

    • been a very hot subject here and elsewhere. See clawbacks with AMEX and staples. By once, think DoC was referring to if you still have this offer unused and loaded on your first Amex biz card, then this is your "once" opportunity, up to $1k in purchase(s). (but not on a second card, if on your same SS #)

      • I haven't seen much discussion on the employee cards. Has anyone had a clawback for getting the 10% back on the Owner account and on the employee account?

I used the 10% back with two different names for the same account, but not for the same person across multiple different products.
