Took me an extra 5 minutes at checkout with 2 supervisors working out just how to apply the discount to my order, even though it should have been automatic as I'd already done it with my online Target Circle account prior to shopping. Took so long everyone behind me was leaving the line lol. But I finally got it so I'm happy (:
Am I imagining things or did Target usually have a 20% off everything in the store (everything excluded) during the first week of December?
In the past they had a 20% coupon that you'd get if you spent $50 on Black Friday. I don't recall seeing that this year.
