The Offer
- Chase is offering some Amazon Visa cardholders an extra 2% back on Grocery Stores for a total 3% cashback rate.
Our Verdict
Lots of cards do better than 3% on groceries, but could still be useful to some.
This will probably get sent out later this month given that it only starts on November 17th; people were checking their Chase bonus offers for a different targeted offer, and a bunch of people saw this Grocery offer show. Seems only the Chase Amazon card is getting this offer, and it’s likely targeted to only select Chase Amazon cardholders.

Why would Amazon want to see Amazon card holders shop more at other grocery stores though?
Ditto to other commenters - I got 5x rewards on my Rapid Rewards cards from 11/1-12/31 on combined 1500 / month from Amazon.com and grocery stores
