Business travel booking website Upside.com has sent out an e-mail stating that they are going out of business and existing users have until 9/24/21 to redeem any existing rewards. Some readers might still have rewards from the lucrative launch promotions they offered back in 2017, but I’d hope most would have redeemed those long ago.

You have to read bad sites like TPG once in a while to realize how good DOC is
That was great in 2017 getting a $200 amazon gift card for a $400 flight I was going to book anyways to see family.
I recommend leaving one-star Google reviews. I do this for every business.

I cashed out my own GCs, but trying to determine the status of an account for a family member. The password they saved doesn't work, and using password reset doesn't seem to work. It sent a link to the email on file to reset, allowed the password change, but still doesn't give access. Hmmmm, limiting their losses?

What if you redeemed the gift card, and you have it in your email, but didn't use it yet on amazon? For instance, is activationspot gift card link still active when upside goes out of business?

A lot of hate now of days (for good reason on TPG), but in the early/mid 2010s, TPG did have good content. DoC seems to be the gold standard.
