The Fine Print
- How do I know if my order qualifies? You can check your order summary using below instructions. For offer eligibility, we will consider the total value of all the orders you place during the offer period i.e. between 22nd-29th September 2020.
- When will I receive my coupon? You will receive an Amazon app notification with your coupon on or before 9th October, 2020. Please note your coupon can only be used towards in-app purchases of qualifying items. The fastest way to get notified is to turn on app notifications to get a push message alerting you when your coupon is available. Under Your Recommendations, tap the switch to turn on Personalized Notifications.
Our Verdict
Nice deal if you are targeted and plan to buy something on Amazon anyway. Not a huge discount but better than nothing I guess.

Word of warning to others - make sure you use the full promotional balance you were eligible for in one order.
I ordered one item thinking I'd be able to use the rest of the value in another order (nothing in the terms and conditions state that you need to use it up in one order), but after using it on that one order I was unable to get the rest of the value in the coupon on the next order because the coupon had already been applied.
I've engaged in multiple conversation w/ Amazon customer service and had to escalate to a different department; they acknowledged the issue but am still working to get credit for the full value. Next time just use the whole balance in one order.
When I notice that, I typically cancel the original order if I still can. Saves time versus contacting Amazon.
Coupon is now available in the app. Select the three lines in the upper left corner and then the bell notification.
does it say the expiration date of the coupon? I claimed my coupon before checking and can't see the terms anymore.
The terms say "Coupons expire 11:59 p.m. (PT) November 1, 2020."

Anyone know if the total is before or after taxes? Looking to buy a monitor which barely puts me over $500 but only after taxes.

I got the targeted email for this but when I click the link and the app opens it takes me to an expired 2019 version of the offer. The direct link posted in the article also states the period is from Sept. 22nd- Oct.3rd, 2020 so maybe they extended it today?
