That heading "World Rewards" appears to be associated with a partnership loyalty program with Emirates? At least that's what I see when I google world rewards marriott. I tried calling to see if a rep would be able to register me (it's worked in the past) but it couldn't be done.
Charles Schwab is ending commissions on stock trading and the brokerage shares are tanking
- Starting on October 7, Charles Schwab will be slashing its online trading commissions for U.S. stocks, ETFs and options from the previous $4.95 to zero.
- Shares of Schwab fell 7% in response to the move. Competitor TD Ameritrade lost 20%, its worst day since 2006.
- Stock trades previously cost $4.95 on the Schwab platform.

I think they're targeting completely dormant accounts.
Almost seems like every single targetted offer never goes to people who actually stay. 67 nights, current titanium, was not targetted. Never been targetted for anything.
Oh, darn. And I thought I wasted 7 nights staying on points and not getting any offer.
