Our Verdict
This is the highest this bonus goes, it’s been this high once before (and quite recently) so I suspect this is basically the new standard offer (although it’ll sometimes be available and sometimes not). The Surpass Hilton has also gone up to 100,000 points again. If you have any questions, I’d recommend reading this post on American Express credit cards first.

This is Hilton HHonors Surpass Card with $75 AF
I used your technique to get the referral link to send it to friends. But in the terms and conditions, they have received that the application should be received by 5/4/2016 to get 75,000 points. So will it not work?
Does the offer work if I already got Citi Hilton HHonor card benefit?
Yes, they are separate cards issued by different issuers.
Dumb question...if my husband already has the AMEX Surpass, can he apply for this one as well?

I did not receive the targeted email, but if there's a link (like the 10k SPG referral), I think I might be able to generate a higher referral too. (currently through Amex website I only get the regular 50/75)
