Our Verdict
Not as good as the 75,000 point bonus. The upside is this is available via referral so if you can refer a friend/family member and effectively split the referral miles then this offer is actually better. You can see how being added as an AU affects your credit by reading this post. We will add this to the best credit card bonuses, but keep in mind if you’re not using a referral from somebody you know it’s probably better to wait for the 75k bonus to return. This is also the best offer on a card with no minimum spend. Read through these things you should know about Barclays credit cards before asking any basic questions in the comments.

Barclay reached their marketing numbers for this offer and pulled it pretty quickly.
That happened almost a week ago. Way to keep up. How many times are you going to copy paste spam this comment stating the obvious?
Approved online with 15k CL but I had to upload scans of my DL via IDology, which didn't feel great.
Last application date was 2022.
I have applied for the 70000 bonus offer, but bank requesting 4506T form, since the offer is dead now, would they still honor it after sending the requested form??
I am curious, so you know why they are asking for a 4506T form?
Because the applicant self-reported some unverifiable numbers for income and now the bank wants proof in the form of an IRS transcript.
My guess is yes. Call and ask Barclay. Let us know what they answer.
Any chance this offer will be back soon?
I like how you have no idea what's going to happen on 9/30.
I forgot to apply for this one.
Extremely doubtful
I just have a simple question. This looked like a time limited 70K offer. Why did people wait and not jump on it as soon as it came out? Looks like they may have missed the boat.
Also for those who applied, has anyone been able to confirm it will be 70k bonus?
"Why did people wait?", Tammie asks judgmentally.
Answer the question guys! Simple question yall losers ignored?
I will answer - its because we are dumb boat missers, Tammie. Are you happy now? Please be kind to us dummies and give us warning when a play is going to end. We thank you for your kindness.
You are an absolute jackass. I didn’t have any intention of mocking those who missed out. It was more a concern that when such offers come out, key is to act ASAP and grab them before they are removed.
Have your psychiatrist adjust and increase your meds that should help, I think
"Why did people wait?", Tammie asks concernedly (but not in a judgmental way, its more like a loving mom told-ya-so). Did I get the sentiment right? Goshdarnit we love you too Tammie.
And no meds, just rawdoggin it as the lord intended.
My friend applied, the card hasn't arrived yet. Barclays has a SUB tracker with the terms of it attached, it's still showing 70k.
Yes. The $99 is only payable after the first credit card stmt once you get the card and on the next statement the 70 miles are posted. So, takes about two statement cycles. You can monitor on the credit card login page and it will tell you when. They have a timeline on there.
You can get the SUB the first statement cycle, I did last year. I made a $25 purchase, and then sent $124 via my banks bill pay. When the first statement closed, I had made both the first purchase and paid the annual fee, so it posted the 70k.
The 50K no AF is still live
where do you see the NO AF link, Thanks
Where's that link?
How do you get the AF waived?
Keep getting error message using link (Friday,
Aug 22). Anyone know what's going on with the Barclay website? I called and the CS people had no clue.
dead
Is this deal dead?
Looks like link is dead
Probably safe to call this dead at this point.
