  • I didn't get the offer, but P2 did. I loathe that UPS charges 2% on credit card transactions now, but with this sort of discount more than makes up for it.

  • no... I use fedex. fedex discounts were sweet and pays for the annual gold or plat fees.

  • I got 45% back on up to $1,500 in total statement credits. Also to note, UPS charges a 2% fee for using a credit card nowadays. Amex Gold Business card

    • Since they are giving you 60% of the total charge, when you get 60% back it will be on the extra 2% also, making your net discount 59.2% (plus whatever the credit card regularly gives you back)

  • I used to routinely get Fedex offers every 6 months and they stopped coming in. I wonder if they’ll ever do them again

  • FWIW, I almost always use Pirate Ship, they offer excellent discounts on UPS and USPS services. I have never had a problem.

    • I use pirate ship too, but it is worth comparing to see if it will be cheaper with the 60% back. One thing to note is pirate ship allows you to ship with UPS ground saver, but a regular UPS account does not.

      • Pirate Ship charged me $9 to ship a 3lb package with UPS ground saver while UPS charged me $40 so this offer is useless to me.

        • There’s usually a 40-45% promo code for UPS Online Shipping. Then, this 60% offer when you pay the resulting invoice.

    • I switched to Pirate Ship about 18 months ago and have had the same experience. Most of my packages (5-8 lbs, UPS Ground) were running about $12-15 via UPS online, and they average about $8-9 via Pirate Ship.

    • been using pirate ship for years without issue. Only downside is that they don't offer fedex :(
