Priority Pass Adds Two Restaurants At St Louis MO Lambert (STL) Airport

Priority Pass has added two new restaurants to their lounge network at St Louis MO Lambert  International Airport. They have added:

  • The Pasta House (Terminal One)
  • The Pasta House & Schlafly Beer (Terminal Two)

Both locations also require you to show a boarding pass with confirmed same-day travel.

The Pasta House (Terminal One)

This restaurant is located landside on the lower level pre security close to baggage claim. It’s opening hours are:

  • Friday Through Saturday: 10:00-18:00
  • Sunday: 10:00-20:00

Priority Pass members will receive $28 off their bill (if you bring a guest then you get $28 off per person).  Food menu can be found here. There is also a smoking area outside the restaurant.

The Pasta House & Schlafly Beer (Terminal Two)

This restaurant is located airside on the upper level through security on the right just opposite gate E6. It’s opening hours are:

  • Friday through Saturday: 6:00-18:000
  • Sunday: 6:00 – 22:00

Priority Pass members will receive $28 off their bill (if you bring a guest then you get $28 off per person). Food menu can be found here. They also have 10 styles of beer on tap.

Our Verdict

This is another airport that Priority Pass didn’t have a presence in. I really love the fact they are adding restaurant partners like this whenever they don’t have a presence and I assume none of the lounges want to partner with them. In a lot of cases I much prefer the restaurants to lounges as the food quality is significantly better (especially domestically). Recent additions include:

  • Question--I know the rules say you must show a boarding pass for same day travel. Does that mean that I can use my priority pass at eat at Pasta House when I arrive at STL as well as use it again when I leave STL? Can I take a pizza and wine to go?

    • I realize this is late but for posterity...

I was in Terminal 2 (Southwest), was able to use both outbound and inbound. They did not check boarding pass at all. Outbound I actually had my dad with me who didn't have a boarding pass (had dropped off cousin at gate who's unaccompanied minor) and I let them know, and they still said he was good. No idea if they're this loose at T1 given it's outside security, but possible.

Food was good. Service was fine but they were pretty busy. Lots of other ppl using PP...I'd guess it's been very beneficial to the restaurant.

      • Also I was able to order a pizza to go. They don't care what you order or what it's for, they just take the $ off the check.

    • yes to the 2nd Q; not sure about the 1st...thinking that not likely if on the same day

  • Oh man, this is great! Been waiting for STL to get a PP lounge and honestly this is even better (lounges are a nice place to sit down but much prefer restaurant food.

Haven't been to locations in the airport, but Pasta House a pretty good local Italian chain.

I had heard rumors of a Wingtips lounge being added to Terminal 2 (the SW terminal) and that it would be PP; that was awhile ago though.

  • Times are listed for the wrong days. The current post implies that it's only open 3 days per week, but they are open every day.

    Terminal 1
    10:00 - 20:00 Sunday - Friday
    10:00 - 18:00 Saturday

    Terminal 2:
    06:00 - 22:00 Sunday - Friday
    06:00 - 18:00 Saturday.

  • Yay! Some love for STL.

*Side note: The "free wifi" is provided by the airport, not the lounge which is why it is limited to 20 minutes. However, it is a Boingo hotspot so if your card has that as a benefit (or you actually pay for it), the wifi is completely free.

  • Another reason to prefer the restaurants over lounges: they don’t turn you away as often (to my knowledge, at least). I’ve only been 1 for 4 at the Turkish Lounge at IAD, rest of the times have been pretty rudely told “no PP until 8pm.”

  • Just in time. I'll be there tomorrow and have a layover of 3 hrs.
Time to test out CSR perks.
Thanks for the timely post DoC :)

      • CongestionCharge, I'm impressed with your knowledge of Southwest's network! As a Clevelander, I love that SWA now connects through STL. It is an easy airport to get around, and anytime there's a way not to go through Chicago, I'm all for it!

  • Big fan of this. Flying to STL for the holidays and will have quite a wait before I get picked up. T
