Safeway GCs were an excellent alternative for meeting Amex spending requirements once Simon Mall method was found out by Amex Rats.
American Express travel credits should be similar Citi Prestige. Probably going to switch to Chase Reserve from Amex Platinum & Citi Prestige this year.
How can we sue Capital One in small claims? I'd rather go that route than wait for a few pesos thru class action settlements. How do we prove harm?
I would say wait for the Class action settlement award, then opt out. Then go the small claims route.
That is what I'm doing with Equifax, for un/freeze fees, monitoring fees, as well as real-life billable hours for dealing with breech and any punitive damages judge will award for me and DW.
