Over the past couple of years, streaming services has become a popular bonus/promo category from various issuers. This is likely due to the inherent limits in the volume of charges people can make on streaming services; most probably spend less than $50 per month on these various services. Regardless, I thought it’s worth putting together a list for easy reference. I’ll put temporary promo/category bonuses in the list as well, and remove them when they no longer apply.
Important Note: Most issuers who offer a streaming service bonus do so on a provider-specific level; be sure to check if the services you use are included in the specific bank’s category. You can likely find this information by clicking through to the linked posts for each bank where we’ll usually try clarifying the details on that, or check the fine print on the bank’s website.

American Express consumer Platinum card has a $20 digital credit per month which can be used for Peacock, Sirius, Audible, NYT, Disney+, Disney+ bundle, Hulu, ESPN+. (Our Post)
Our Verdict
Hopefully this list is a useful reference. Other cards that can potentially get a bonus on streaming services would include the US Bank Altitude Reserve if you pay with mobile wallet and the Bank of America Cash Rewards if the service is coded as Online Purchase. Also the recently refreshed PenFed Platinum Rewards Visa Signature pays 3 points for streaming. Periodically, some of their retail/dining gift cards are offered at nearly 1cpp value (e.g. $10/1050pts). (Normal redemption rate has historically been about 85/100ths of a cent value.) Also pays 5x for gas and 3x for dining, TV, radio, cable, internet, and groceries (including Walmart and Target).

I am surprised there is no mention of BMO Harris Bank - they are offering 5% back on streaming
It seems the Altitude Go gives a $15 credit regardless of the price of the streaming service, based on how I read the fine print. This makes the math more favorable if your monthly cost is less than $15 (e.g., 12.5% back on $9.99/mo on Spotify).
Here is the fine print:
An automatic statement credit of $15 per 12-month period will be applied to your U.S. Bank Altitude Go Visa Signature Card Account within 2 statement billing cycles following 11 consecutive calendar months of eligible streaming service purchases, such as Netflix, Hulu, Apple Music, if the Account is in good standing (open and able to use). Refer to Program Rules for official list of qualifying streaming services merchants. We reserve the right to adjust or reverse any portion or all of any streaming services credit for unauthorized purchases or transaction credits.

The credit does post after 12 payments. The progress bar reflects 11 autopayments because your first payment will be counted as a manual payment. (You will not see Payment "1 of 11" until your second payment, which is your first autopayment.)
My 11th streaming autopayment posted on 10/24/2024; my statement closed on 10/25/2024; my $15 streaming credit posted on 10/28/2024.
My streaming service is Hulu, $1.12 per month, Black Friday special.
Synchrony's Marvel Mastercard earns 3% on most of the streaming services I've tried so far. Per the Reward Terms, "Entertainment categories include Movie Theatres, Video Rental and Game Stores, Theatrical and Concert Promoters, Amusement Parks, Digital Entertainment, Games and Software, Music, Books and Newsstands, Toys and Hobby Stores (but excluding sporting goods retailers)."
I put Netflix on my Chase Ink Cash for 5x. Plus my cable and cell phone bills....
Temporary: 5% on Affinity CU card until the end of the month
I’d say for most people the best bet is buying gift cards at the grocery store and getting 5% back plus fuel points.
