Transfers from another Country Bank deposit account do not qualify.
- Bonus Offer Payout:
- Your account will be credited within 120 days of bonus requirements being met.
- All bank account bonuses are treated as income/interest and as such you have to pay taxes on them
Avoiding Fees
Monthly Fees
This account has no monthly fees to worry about
Early Account Termination Fee
I wasn’t able to find a fee schedule so unsure if there is an EATF.
Our Verdict
Better than the previous $150 checking bonus we’ve seen. We need to know if it’s a hard or soft pull.

Anyone know if Amazon reloads count?
In state denial with a very nondescript reason. Closest location is 50 miles away. Chex at the time of app: 0/1, 1/2, 3/3, 7/6, 15/12, 38/24, 66/36
Question... If I open my account today, I have to have the qualifying 12 debit transactions/ACH/Estatements for four consecutive months. Does that mean May, June, July, August or June, July, August, September?
Does this mean Cash App will not work for the debit card transactions:
"he following activities do not count toward earning account rewards:... non-retail payment transactions ..."
Last step "Submitting your application" taking forever to load. I tried safari and another browser, still taking forever to load. Anyone has suggestion on how to bypass that?
Denied online, even through I live in CT. Likely Chex reasons. Wonder if it would be worth making another attempt at a brank. Also they offer $2000 CC funding.
Not sure how many Chex I have but applied and got denied.
The rep told me because they can only open accounts for MA/CT online.
All other states (even the ones listed as eligible have to be opened in branch)
I wouldn't waste time and apply if you are in the other New England states. Just plan a branch trip.
I've never been able to get approved for this bank. Very chex sensitive it seems.
Anyone facing issues while applying online?
yeah. because i used multiple devices in the sign up and photo verification process. they said i would have to come in branch
Nice name for a bank.
you would be surprised if you research how many year old this bank is
