fThat depends on who the bank account is with. Most banks will simply do a soft pull on your credit report (this doesn’t affect your credit score at all), but some banks (especially those who offer a line of credit, such as overdraft protection) will do a hard pull on your credit file. Denied Bank of America for EWS. Too many recent inquiries/length of relationship with multiple banks. There was a comment about “due to number of returned checks in last 30 days” but there shouldn’t be anything like that on my report.
