Avoiding Fees

Monthly Fees

The totally gold checking account has no monthly fees to worry about.

Early Account Termination Fee

I was unable to find the fee schedule so I’m unsure if any early account termination fee is charged.

Our Verdict

I doubt many readers will be eligible, but maybe you know somebody who is and this is a good opportunity to introduce them to the site. If it’s a soft pull then it’s worth doing as the requirements are easy to meet and no direct deposit requirement either.

*Still haven’t forgiven them for raising my tuition 17% my senior year.

  • Why would you post something so target and small. You have a large readership and many of us get notifications on our phones. I'm considering turning off your notifications because of posts like this that aren't really useful to anyone...

    • Because it will be useful to some readers. We try to post these types of offers over the weekend to avoid it cluttering the site too much. Up to you to decide if you want alerts on or not, it doesn't make any difference to me.
