Our Verdict
Bigger bonus than the regular $300 bonus, but requires a bigger deposit and this option might be targeted as well. If it turns out to be open to everybody, we will add this to our list of the best bank account bonuses.

can I open personal and business accounts both online? There is a branch close by but I do not like to visit branch unless I need to. Thanks.
I can't decide whether this bank is being tricky or incompetent:
(1) One part of the bonus page says that the deposit has to be made within 15 days, but another part says 30 days.
(2) More importantly, the terms state that you must "maintain an average balance of [$5k or $10k] or more over 90 days." But when does the 90 day count begin? If it begins at account opening, and you wait until later to deposit, you won't have the right average balance over 90 days unless you deposit more than $5k/$10k. But if the 90 day count begins at deposit, than it doesn't matter.
The whole bank is sketchy. They never know about promos. The requirement to be registered with the state is nonsense. I can open up an account with any big bank without that. A biz is a biz
They are a bit tricky and I tried this and somehow barely missed the average not sure exactly how but didn’t get it.
@guest_2019567 To play it safe, on my Seacoast biz checking churn last year I made the $10k deposit on the day I opened the account by writing myself a check.
Offer is back and not targeted. Filled out the form and opened over the phone/email. I have the term sheet, and deposit must be made within 30 days and remain for 90 days. Valid through 12/31/25. @2 @6
Earn up to $600 with a new Business Checking Account | Seacoast Bank
Is your biz registered with SunBiz?
Did you get a Chex hit for this?
@guest_2019690 I did a few months ago on the personal, but not this time for the business.
@guest_2019690 Seacoast does pull Chex in branch. In my experience, one time for an online application for a personal account they didn't pull Chex.
Follow up, finally went to branch and successfully opened business checking after opening personal online. It was a pretty smooth experience opening the account but the process did take over an hour. The banker was a nice guy but he was definitely in no hurry. Used the code BIZ600.
Miami branch rep told me this business bonus is no longer available, unless targeted.
Hello folks.
So, there is a $400 checking offer and a $600 bundle checking/savings offer through Facebook. The codes are CON400 and CON600.
Has anyone tried or confirmed these?
I have a lot of recent Chex inquiries on my report. Chances I could be approved in branch?
They do pull Chex in branch. However, they are not sensitive to it. The determining factor in my experience is your history of accounts with them and when you received bonuses in the past. @guest_1845011
Good info, thank you. The branch is at least 45 minutes by car but I might take a field trip and see what happens. @guest_1361381
Banker said even if business checking was closed over a year ago, the personal was closed fairly recent and that disqualify from the business promo.
I got the same message. Never had business account with seacoast bank, personal account was closed in less than 1 year ago and banker email said that I would be ineligible for business bonus.
@2 it is easy to do see below comment from yesterday don’t need to be targeted
opened this without being targeted
