Not sure how much will be on the virtual debit cards or how they will try to limit it to Budweiser purchases.

Got my $2 card in the email today, and immediately used it for my comcast bill.

No. I also redeemed 100 points for an entry in a merch sweepstakes and those points haven't been deducted yet...
