Update 2/13/23: We have turned this feature off to help reduce load on the server. We hope to have it back ASAP. in the mean time use the comments RSS feed.
Update 5/26: Having the 5 most recent comments in the sidebar has been removed as it was causing some significant server load issues. In addition this feature was not being used by most readers (although those who do use it are vocal power users of the site). I’d recommend book marking this page or using the comments RSS feed. Hopefully in the future we can add it back to the sidebar.
