The Fine Print
- Limited time offer from August 17, 2016 until 11:59pm EST August 21, 2016 for up to the first 10,000 enrollments for customers who join the DD Perks Rewards Program with an active DD Card using promo code USA.
- $5 will be loaded directly onto the enrolled DD Card.
- Current DD Perks Members are not eligible.
- An active DD Card is a card that has at least $2 in value on it.
