I somehow managed to nab one! When I went to the link on my phone it said sold out, but then I went to the Daily Steals main page and navigated back to the switch from there and this time it was showing 5 available slots, with only 1 taken :)

It originally said if you're in a group of 5 buyers that it goes to $179.99. That is what Kevin and I saw and ordered. My AMEX was charged and I have an order number so we will wait and see if it pans out.
