The Offer
- Cheesecake Factory via Doordash is offering free delivery, plus a free slice of cheesecake with every $15+ lunch order (defined as an order until 5 pm).
To receive the Free Slice and $0 Delivery (as applicable), you must add a slice of Cheesecake to their Qualifying Purchase and include the promotion code “LUNCHSLICE” at checkout.
The Fine Print
- Guests who complete a Qualifying Purchase for delivery or pick-up at Lunchtime on a Weekday during the Offer Term are eligible to receive a Free Slice of Cheesecake and $0 Delivery (as applicable) on such Qualifying Purchase.
- A Qualifying Purchase must be made through DoorDash.com or the DoorDash App as a single order, in a single transaction for same day delivery or pick-up at Lunchtime on a Weekday.
- Definitions: “Qualifying Purchase” means a purchase of at least $15.00 (pretax, excluding all fees, discounts and promotions) of food and/or beverage placed via DoorDash.com or the DoorDash App from a Participating Restaurant.
- “Participating Restaurant” means a The Cheesecake Factory restaurant in the United States of America, including its territory of Puerto Rico (excluding Hawaii) from which delivery or pickup is available through DoorDash.
- “Lunchtime” means from the time the Participating Restaurant opens until 5:00PM local time.
- “Weekday” means Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.
- “Offer Term” means February 26, 2020 through and including March 25, 2020.
- “Free Slice” means a credit of $9.50 USD applied to the total amount due (after tax) on the Qualifying Purchase.
- “$0 Delivery” means a $0 delivery fee on a delivery order.
- “Cheesecake” means a cheesecake or layer cake which is available for delivery or pick-up through DoorDash from the applicable Participating Restaurant.
- Fine Print: Neither DoorDash nor The Cheesecake Factory are responsible for any inability to make a Qualifying Purchase during the Offer Term, regardless of cause, and will not provide rain checks or other ‘make goods’ in the event of any such inability.
- No more than 31,250 Free Slices will be provided.
- Offer not available in Hawaii or Canada.
- All deliveries subject to availability.
- $0 Delivery not applicable to pick-up orders.
