Our Verdict
Shoprite carries $500 Visa/MC gift cards, although it’s been getting tougher to check them out. It usually works better by going directly to the customer service counter instead of the standard checkout.
It’s a pain to check out Visa gift cards one at a time, but doing so will probably trigger multiple $10 coupons since the terms mention a limit ‘per transaction’ which sounds like it’s not tied to the PricePlus card. Assuming you anyway like buying $500 Visa cards at the grocery, now is the time to do it. Also, max out your Amex Preferred card before year’s end.
