Our Verdict

Nice offer. It excludes gift cards, but I imagine there are many useful items in the $30 range on Gamestop, games and the like. Could be useful for buying a gift as well.

  • I bought a game for $30.98 + tax. GameStop reported the subtotal as being $29. My receipt and order confirmation email shows the subtotal as $30.98 + tax. GameStop is shady at reporting cashback correctly. This is the second time GameStop tried to report the wrong amount to a cashback portal. I contacted RMN with screenshots and I am waiting for a response.

    • Update: I chatted with CS and uploaded my receipt showing the subtotal was over $30. They immediately added the reward. They are very helpful if you have a problem through no fault of your own. RMN is one of the best cashback sites that I have used.

  • Ordered around 10:00pm EST last night. Logged into RMN and still not tracking anything. Def will keep receipt on this one to return if need be. And I bought an actual game!

    • Also ordered last night, a little later than that. Haven't seen any tracking of the purchase in my account either.

  • The GC exclusion is now being enforced. I purchased one at Staples and did not receive the cash back. I only lost a couple bucks... I would hate to see any of you lose more because I didn't warn you!! John 3:16

    • If you have use for it, I would risk it.

      Retailmenot has been pretty good for me in terms of honoring deals, gift card or not.
