Our Verdict

Stack with REDcard for an extra 5% back on the purchase. I don’t think portals work here. Still a decent deal if you need iTunes, and possibly for reselling.

A few pointers, via GC Galore:

• You can get one bonus card with each $100 iTunes checkout.
• The Target card is an ordinary Target gift card. It comes by default tied to your Target account, but some have success adding it to any other account or merging the card onto another Target gift card; YMMV, seems to work for some but not others. you can still add it to any other account or merge the card onto another Target gift card; it’s an ordinary Target gift card.
• The Target card might not come at the same time as the iTunes card, so don’t fret.
