  • I have made contact on rebatetrack.com as well. I will file a complaint at the office of the Attorney General of Texas if this is not remedied or if I do not receive any correspondence. I invite you all to do the same. The link to make this complaint is here....https://texasattorneygeneral.gov/cpd/file-a-consumer-complaint This is the only way that we will have a voice on matters like this to make an impact on the market and deter this kind of scam in the future. It will take a very small amount of your time.

  • I completed the form and sent my USPS receipt on 11/30/16 and no response. I then tried to track using the URL www/rebatetrack.com and you had to list the manufacture which is not on the drop down. I just selected a manufacture and in comments indicated it was USPS. I will see if I get a response from the website that indicated to allow 2 days for response.

  • I got a real person at the Gift Card Mall on the phone. She said she didn't have the answer. She suggested I go to the post office web site.

  • Don't bother calling the 800 number on the back of the form, they are clueless, nobody seems to know which cards are eligible for the rebate, worst rebate form ever.

  • I am with others. Want to know WHAT gift cards are eligible. Phone number prompts dont tell you anything. USPS works say???? maybe just those on the front??? Really how is this helpful?

  • The USPS is useless. The worker behind the counter told me to call the the # in the back but it is a telephone loops. USELESS offer.
