The Fine Print

• Starbucks will give away a limited number of Bonus Loads to eligible customers between 9/1/16 and 9/30/16 while supplies last.
• To receive a Bonus Load, you must load your Starbucks Rewards account in the Starbucks app with $10+ using Visa Checkout as a payment method and meet the other eligibility requirements below.
• The Promotion Period runs from 9:00 AM PST on 9/1/16 and ends the earlier of (a) when all Bonus Loads are distributed or (b) at 11:59 PM PST on 9/30/16
• This offer is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who have a valid Visa Checkout account
• 1. First, visit starbucks.com/promo/visacheckout.
  2. Second, use the Starbucks app to load a minimum $10 onto your Starbucks Card using Visa Checkout as your payment method.
  3. You are only eligible to receive one Bonus Load.
  4. You will receive a $10 Starbucks eGift Card to the email address associated with your Starbucks account within 5 business days of the load.

Our Verdict

Hopefully they update the page when they are out of stock or it takes way less than five days to receive the bonus gift card, otherwise this could be an annoying promotion if stocks are small. Either way if you’re interested I’d be making after 9AM as soon as possible. They have offered similar bonuses in the past, but last time you only got a $5 bonus.
