Our Verdict
Purchases through PayPal digital gifts earn 5x Chase Ultimate Rewards points with the Chase Ink Plus/Cash cards. Public resale rate for Staples giftcards is 85% & 80% for eBay so no real resale value here but could be very useful for regular purchases. I imagine this will sell out quite quickly.
