I got an $100 VCG today and it didn’t mark as 4x. I am in Seattle and bought it at Fred Meyer’s. I didn’t see any restriction. I wonder if I can contact a CSR?

The previous 4X fuel points promotion was regional so it is nice that this one is available for everyone.
mine is the opposite; 4x gas pts is there but not the $10 off vgc/mcgc; rather had te $10 off instead of the 4x pts
Yup, I don’t see the $10 MC/V/AGC either. Just the 4x gas.
Just FYI, my local Kroger brand is Harris Teeter, and they have a sign indicating that gift cards can only be purchased via pin-enabled debit.
This time I have it in my offers. I used up the AmEx deal, but I still have the Visa one. Not bad.
My local Kroger is called Food For Less, I don’t see it on their coupons. Can I create a Kroger account and scan that at my local Kroger & have it work?
