I initially received a similar message. In my case, the voucher could only be applied to the lowest priced, General Admission tickets and I had accidentally selected a slightly higher category. Once I selected the proper ticket type, the voucher worked fine and the purchase went through.
Yeah, I can’t redeem my codes for any of the eligible events either.
Also, there isn’t a single event on the list anywhere near me in DC, even though there are several LiveNation-owned venues locally that sell GA.
Been getting the same message today , also got it with in a hour of it going live last evening .
Anyone else get this? Went through the list, selected, attempted to apply voucher.
