 Chuck  William Charles does it have to be $100 or could it be $25 x 4 in the same transaction?

I believe $25 x 4 would work. You should be able to see the promo applied at checkout.

Limit of one for this specific deal. Though these Apple gift card deals have been happening on Amazon at least once a month for the past few months. So (possibly) you can do a similar deal in January.

Maybe you are okay. When I added the card to my shopping cart and went to checkout, the code had already been applied to my order automatically (I did not have to manually input the code). You are maybe okay, but you could quickly chat with a Amazon rep to confirm that.
