On the most recent statement for American Express Platinum cardholders there is the following note:
Effective May 1, 2019, Boingo Preferred Plan will no longer be a benefit on the Platinum Card®. Card Members who are enrolled in Boingo Preferred Plan as of 4/30/2019, will continue to have access to this benefit until 12/31/2019
It’s always sad when a benefit is removed. Personally I never really used Boingo so this isn’t a huge loss for me. What are your thoughts on this benefit being removed?
