Amtrak award tickets can now be changed online, rather than needing to call in. There is no change fee either which is also nice. Last September Amtrak added the ability to use companion & upgrade coupons online and in app as well. These sort of changes are win/win, consumers are more easily able to make changes and companies have reduced costs/better phone customer support for other issues.
