Update: Now only $50
California Coast Credit Union offers a referral bonus of $95 for the referrer and $95 for the new member. Bonus is $95 for each. The credit union also currently has a nice 9.5% five-month CD, up to $3,000, which also allows credit card funding. Note: there is a hard pull done.
Note entirely clear if it can be easily done outside of their small footprint in San Diego or Riverside County, see this comment.

2) Fill in your email / info. Then you’ll get a personalized e-mail code to your e-mail.
3) Sign up online, select “Coast into Cash” as the referral type, enter your referal, and provide the referrer’s full name and address..
I tried to avoid by using a different referral type in the drop down and didn’t get the bonus – even after following up with them (they wanted all the info above) so wasn’t worth it
Seems like the referree bonus is shown on 1099-INT, but not the referrer bonus, at least based on mine and P2’s 1099s.
