Update 12/1/22: Back to 8% on Capital One Offers – that’s not the regular portal, it’s special offers for Capital One credit cardholders, but it’s better than the portal in that it credits cash back (limit $1,000/quarter). You don’t really need to pay with a Capital One credit card, just have to click through, though the official terms say to use a Capital One card. (ht karmafuture)
