Update 5/9/24: Looks like those with the Mastercard version still have access, whereas new cardholders with the Visa version do not.
In March it was announced that the Chase Sapphire Reserve & Ritz-Carlton card would lose access to non-lounge spaces such as restaurants, cafes and markets. The Capital One Venture X Business card has also lost access to these non lounge spaces, it isn’t clear when this change happened and there was no warning unlike the Chase change. The cards did recently switch from running on the Mastercard payment network to running on the Visa payment network so the change was likely made then.
