Our Verdict
Best Buy gift cards are valuable, and even a 5% discount is nice. The Cashstart purchase likely won’t trigger the AmEx Offer credit, so if you still have one of those $250/$25 offers left you’ll do better using that to buy a $250 Best Buy gift card and get $25 back – that would amount to a 10% discount.
