Chili’s has sent out an e-mail to My Chili’s Rewards members stating that they will no longer be a member of the coallition loyalty program Plenti starting May 3rd. The key dates are as follows:
- You’ll continue to earn Plenti points until March 15th, 2018
- You can redeem Plenti points on eligible purchases until May 3rd, 2018
- After May 3, 2018, Plenti members will continue to have access to any available points and can use those points for savings on eligible purchases at participating Exxon and Mobil gas stations, Rite Aid stores and Bi-Lo, Winn-Dixie, and Harveys supermarkets.
Macy’s also recently announced they are leaving the program as well. This coalition program has been an unmitigated disaster by American Express, they have so little faith in the program continuing they have even discontinued the Plenti credit card and have ended Plenti transfers from Membership Rewards.
