Our Verdict
Bummer that we aren’t seeing the 50k offer with annual fee waived the first year which was the standard offer a while back, but at least this is something.
Since Citi switched the rules to limit bonuses only for those who haven’t opened or closed any of the three ThankYou versions within 24-months, these offers won’t apply for most of us. If you are eligible, it might make more sense to go for the 50k Prestige offer instead.
