Yes. Most counterfeit stamp coils sold today are VERY good in appearing authentic.

Good God, the last time I remember paying attention to or hearing about the price, it was like $0.44. Yeesh! It really will be $1 to mail a letter before long.
$62.75 is 5% off of $66. My Chase Freedom and Ink Cash each have 10% cash back offers for Office Depot/Max till 7/31/23. (Assuming my local OD/OM sells stamps.)
A 5% discount is nothing to get excited about. Especially since very few people have a need for this many stamps.
