Looks like you need to be an employee of an industry that has been deeply affected or are personally affected by COVID-19. Realistically that’s everybody. No note on how many free pairs are going to be given away but whatever it is it’s not going to be enough. I’m not going to waste my time trying to get these, but goodluck to those who go for it.
